What makes vegan Vitamin D3 different from conventional?

Conventional Vitamin D3 is usually derived from lanolin (wool grease). Vegan Vitamin D3 comes from lichen – a plant-based alternative with an identical chemical structure (cholecalciferol).

Application & Dosage
