For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 Euro per order. For gross order values of 50 Euro or more, we ship free of charge.
We deliver to the following countries:
- Europe (including Switzerland): 14.99 Euro
- Austria 6.99€
For shipping within Austria, we charge a flat rate of 14.99 Euro per order. For gross order values of 150 Euro or more, we ship free of charge.
Should a shipment be returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, not picking up from the packing station/post office in time, etc., the recipient bears the full costs of 4.99 Euro for shipping and 4 Euro for return shipping. The amount of 9.90 Euro will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 1 - 2 days, for international deliveries within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
