What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is a natural resin mineral from high-altitude regions (Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus) formed over millennia by the decomposition of organic materials. It contains fulvic acid, humic acid, and various minerals.

What is the difference between 5% and 20% Fulvic Acid?

The percentage indicates the standardized minimum content of fulvic acid. 20% means four times higher fulvic acid content per capsule compared to the 5% variant.
